CM3588 is a high-performance ARM computer module designed and developed by the FriendlyElec team. it uses the RockchipRK3588 as the main control processor and is equipped with 4/8/16GB/32GB LPDDR4x memory and 0/32/64/256GB eMMC flash storage. CM3588features four 100-pin board-to-board connectors, providing access to almost all l0 resources.
The CM3588 computing module has a rich set of peripherals and expansion interfaces, it can be connected to a carier board thatsupports four NVMe high-speed solid-state drives, with read/write rates of up to 1GB/s. Additionally, it includes dual HDMI-Outdisplay interfaces and one HDMl-ln interface, two UsB 3.0 ports, one UsB 2.0 port, a 2.5G Ethernet interface, and more.
The camier board’s two HDMl output interfaces and one HDMl input interface can decode and play videos in formats such as up to8K60p H.265/P9 and 8K30p H.264, and it can also record 4K60p H.265 format videos.
CM3588 supports varlous operating systems such as Android, Ubuntu, Deblan, Buildroot, OpenMediaVault, and Openwrt. it has arich software ecosystem, making it suitable for rapid prototyping and product development of high-end Al products in areas suchas facial recognitlon, computer vislon, autonomous driving, and deep computational analysis, particularly for small andmedium-sized enterprises and startups.
